Showcase expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development.
PR to PO (Direct & Indirect in SAP)
Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment
Monitor and follow-up on open orders, including GR (Goods Receipt) booking reminders
Maintain and update material master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supplier registration and qualification
Manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluating supplier proposals, and assisting in negotiation processes to ensure competitive and high‑quality procurement outcomes.
Requirements
Proficient in business English (B2/C1) and German (B2/C1).
At least 2 years of experience in operational procurement/SCM area
Excellent communication skills and team work spirit
Customer focus with proactive attitude
Negotiation skills will be an asset
Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP Ariba would be an asset
Advanced Excel skills would be an asset
