Manage outreach to warm inbound leads while monitoring inbound call queues.
Actively manage and prioritize an individual lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up, accurate qualification, and consistent progression of prospects through the sales process.
Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication.
Present REE Medical’s services and value proposition clearly and compliantly.
Conduct accurate evaluations of disability severity using REE tools.
Address objections while maintaining urgency.
Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM.
Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate invoice processing
Participate in coaching and training activities.
Requirements
3+ years of inside or B2C sales experience
CRM experience (Salesforce)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort with phone-based work
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical, healthcare, or VA-related sales experience (preferred)
Veteran community experience (preferred)
Startup or early-stage company experience (preferred)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
