Conduct statistical studies to generate business-relevant knowledge and support decision-making;
Identify trends and predictive models to assist managers in decision-making;
Develop and implement analytical initiatives to support HR strategies;
Serve as the technical authority on the subject, guiding and influencing decisions based on people-data insights and providing technical guidance on best practices for data analysis and methodologies, sharing insights and market updates related to analytics trends and technologies;
Make strategic recommendations based on in-depth analyses;
Lead the identification of improvement opportunities based on data and work on improving, organizing, cleaning, curating, creating, and modeling datasets;
Provide technical direction for training on People Analytics tools;
Act as a reference for data governance in People Analytics and advise peers, working closely with the Data Horizontal team to ensure adherence to systemic practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge in Data Analysis, Analytical Tools, Statistics and Modeling, Programming, Advanced BI, Databases
SQL
Advanced, and knowledge of APIs.
Preferred experience in Data Management and Governance, AI, and predictive models applied to HR.
