About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct statistical studies to generate business-relevant knowledge and support decision-making;
- Identify trends and predictive models to assist managers in decision-making;
- Develop and implement analytical initiatives to support HR strategies;
- Serve as the technical authority on the subject, guiding and influencing decisions based on people-data insights and providing technical guidance on best practices for data analysis and methodologies, sharing insights and market updates related to analytics trends and technologies;
- Make strategic recommendations based on in-depth analyses;
- Lead the identification of improvement opportunities based on data and work on improving, organizing, cleaning, curating, creating, and modeling datasets;
- Provide technical direction for training on People Analytics tools;
- Act as a reference for data governance in People Analytics and advise peers, working closely with the Data Horizontal team to ensure adherence to systemic practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge in Data Analysis, Analytical Tools, Statistics and Modeling, Programming, Advanced BI, Databases
- SQL
- Advanced, and knowledge of APIs.
- Preferred experience in Data Management and Governance, AI, and predictive models applied to HR.
