Lead end-to-end planning and execution of our flagship investor conference
Design and deliver bespoke experiences for institutional investors and senior clients
Partner with Investor Relations and senior executives to align event strategy with objectives
Elevate the firm’s brand through thoughtful, high-touch details
Work directly with the CEO to develop and execute strategic event concepts
Ensure seamless execution and white-glove experience for senior executives and stakeholders
Design and execute an elevated employee events strategy across offices
Manage relationships with venues, agencies, and vendors globally
Track and evaluate event effectiveness, incorporating feedback
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or hospitality, preferably within a high-touch corporate environment
Experience supporting senior executives and institutional clients in high visibility settings
Proven ability to deliver complex, high quality events with strong attention to detail
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Strong creative instincts paired with disciplined execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
High level of discretion and professionalism
Willingness to travel and support events outside of standard business hours
Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations.
