Mitchell Martin Inc. is an award winning talent acquisition firm specializing in IT and healthcare industries. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to own and operate the Healthcare Information Technology niche, focusing on generating sales leads and cultivating client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own and operate the Healthcare Information Technology niche on a national scale
- Work with fellow niche leaders to design strategies and unique ways to drive HIT business
- Determine client targets
- Generate sales leads
- Lead the effort to cultivate those targets into clients
- Work closely with talented recruiters and Recruiting Managers to identify qualified HIT candidates
- Utilize knowledge and passion for HIT and of EHR, EMR, and Informatics
- Build client pipelines and establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Build out this practice to running a team and growing it to be a major revenue stream of MMI
Requirements:
- Must have experience with EPIC EMR to be considered
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year University
- 3-5 years of business development or recruiting experience specializing in HIT, EMR, and Informatics in a staffing or healthcare environment
- Basic technical skills (including MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Superior communication and negotiation skills
- Team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain focus and multi-task
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge and/or experience with Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, are nice to have but not mandatory
