About this role
Role Overview
Execute and monitor portfolio management with an analytical and preventive focus;
Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, aging, order cycle) and flag deviations;
Support the commercial team with capacity, impact and service-level analyses;
Support the evolution of service rules and ATP strategy;
Develop and maintain operational and management reports in Excel and Power BI;
Contribute to process improvements under the guidance of mid-level staff or supervisors.
Requirements
University degree in progress or completed;
Advanced Excel (Power Query; formulas);
Power BI (preferred);
SAP SD/MM;
Analytical, critical-thinking and data-oriented profile;
Experience in analytical B2B customer service areas (preferred).
Knowledge of the SAP SD/MM module;
Experience in portfolio management.
