Role Overview
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and TPAs
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned business
- Conduct proactive outreach to assess client needs
- Manage escalated service issues and develop solutions
- Oversee eligibility, engagement strategies, and communication campaigns
- Use Salesforce and CRM tools to manage account activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Group, Stop Loss, and Self-Funded insurance
- Customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience using CRM tools
