Design, plan, and deliver high-impact, memorable learning experiences for in person and live virtual learning programs
Manage all pre-event, event, and post-event details seamlessly with program leaders, meeting planners, vendors, participants, facilitators, executive leaders and more
Lead event planning by reviewing contracts, locating offsite venues, negotiating terms, and assessing quality
Execute learning event preparation which includes creating name tags/tent cards, printing & organizing supplies
Act as the onsite point-of-contact for all vendors and assist with AV needs
Support learning centers and offices including shipping and receiving, arranging the classroom, placing supply orders, assisting with catering needs
Monitor and evaluate event performance to accomplish learning objectives
Establish and maintain relationships internally with stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5 + years of event management experience
Previous experience working in Learning & Development, HR, or Business Operations (preferred)
Strong analytical and administrative skills
Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
