Role Overview
- Offer end-user support and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement custom Oracle solutions
- Carry out regular audits and reviews of Oracle system configurations
- Work closely with business teams to provide timely insights
- Leverage automated tools for financial outcomes
- Promote standardization and simplification across finance processes
- Analyze and document new processes and business requirements
- Support testing and validation of Oracle system enhancements
- Coordinate with IT and various business units for deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience
- Understanding of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools
- Knowledge of tools and approaches of system analysis
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Oracle EBS experience
- Financial Reporting & Analysis experience
