Act as an HR generalist with a focus on the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors system;
Ensure HR processes are structured and integrated and that all employee and training information is managed accurately;
Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors, including configuration, data loads, testing (UAT) and validation of information;
Serve as the focal point between the local and global teams, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines;
Attend project meetings, ensuring deadlines, delivery quality and process adherence;
Employee Central (EC) – maintain and verify employee information, organizational charts, cost centers and structural workforce data;
Recruiting (REC) – design recruitment and selection processes, approval workflows, new-hire integration and candidate management;
Onboarding (ONB) – plan and execute new-hire integration processes, ensuring a consistent experience and recording of information in the system;
Learning Management System (LMS) – full management of training and development, including planning, monitoring, record-keeping and metrics for mandatory training compliance;
Performance Management & Goal Management (PMGM) – define performance review cycles, monitor results, integrate with goals and enable continuous feedback;
Compensation (COMP) – manage compensation policies, salary adjustments, package reviews and alignment with budget and corporate guidelines;
Variable Pay / Pay – administer variable payments, bonuses and incentives, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance;
Succession & Development Planning (SPCDP) – monitor succession plans, identify key talent and develop employees for critical positions;
Ensure the accuracy of information entered into the system and HR modules;
Develop support materials and guide users on platform usage;
Monitor HR indicators and reports, including training, performance and compliance KPIs;
Support engagement, organizational climate and health, safety and well‑being initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors;
Advanced/Fluent English;
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate/advanced level;
Generalist experience across all HR subprocesses;
Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and clear communication skills;
