Role Overview
- Managing customer accounts to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of contractual agreements
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Resolving customer issues and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Developing account plans and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements
- minimum 2-3 years sales experience in Health care and/ or Pharma
- Ability to work independently
- Strong personal skills (organized, Initiative, flexible and analytical)
- Fluent English language skills are required
- Driving license
- Preferably knowledge of business in medical institutional customers
- Education in the health care and / or commercial is an advantage
