- Manage FDT Portfolio Runbook and governance model
- Define metrics and KPI framework for outcome-focused delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management
- Strong expertise in lean-agile methodologies
- Proficient in delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO, ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Experience with governance frameworks and KPI metrics
