Provide strategic and operational legal support to PPG’s Procurement & Supply Chain Teams across EMEA.
Advise PPG Procurement & Supply Chain Teams in collaboration with respective business unit counsel.
Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements (supply, purchase, lease, NDA, etc.).
Manage technical and commercial claims and disputes.
Collaborate with external legal partners for litigation or arbitration matters.
Integrate legal considerations into business strategies including sourcing strategies and cost-optimization projects.

Qualified lawyer in an EMEA jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years of PQE experience, as an in-house counsel and/or at a reputable law firm.
Expertise in the manufacturing, industrial or chemical sector is an advantage.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Ability to solve problems creatively and take a proactive approach to legal challenges.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
