About this role

Oversee and optimize the firm’s website, ensuring content is current, authoritative, and SEO-friendly.
Manage the firm’s LinkedIn presence, including drafting thought-leadership posts and managing sponsored content.
Design and execute email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads.
Collaborate with the legal team to translate legal concepts into engaging blog posts and social media updates.
Track and report on KPIs for all digital channels to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Monitor online reviews and professional directories to ensure a consistent and prestigious brand image.

3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably within legal services.
Track record of managing successful email sequences and LinkedIn outreach tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation platforms, and basic CMS (like WordPress or Webflow).
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a "legal eye" for detail and compliance.
Ability to work independently and align marketing tactics with the firm’s broader business development goals.
