Design reports to allow users to be confident in their findings and to make business decisions based on data driven insights
Design reporting solutions for business projects and initiatives
Identify and fix bugs within existing reports and communicate the impact to results
Work alongside the Data Engineering team to identify bugs and provide requirements for views and tables in the data warehouse
Be the go-to team member for support and guidance on SQL and Power BI
Support the Principal BI Developer & Data Enablement Manager in planning and prioritising the work to be completed each sprint

Excellent SQL skills
Excellent Power BI skills including Power Query and DAX
Great analytical skills in analysing new data sets and understanding their value
Good experience with Git
Experience with large datasets and tabular models
Great understanding of analysis cube models and incremental refresh policies
Good experience with Tabular Editor, DAX Studio and ALM Toolkit
A love for problem solving
Confidence in bringing new ideas to the team
Ability to support more junior team members with technical training, show and tell sessions and peer programming
Good knowledge of data governance, data protection, and GDPR
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment alongside evolving the data tech stack and practices
