iOS Team Lead

Role Overview

• Define architecture and technical standards for platform solutions
• Plan technical debt, decompose tasks, and conduct estimations
• Review code and maintain the quality of technical documentation
• Lead a team of 2–4 iOS developers: run 1:1s, support growth and performance reviews
• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Fastlane, Tart)
• Build internal iOS libraries: UI components, architecture utilities, dev tools
• Help feature teams integrate platform tools and libraries

Requirements

• 6+ years of iOS development experience, including 2+ years in a team lead role
• Strong Swift skills and deep knowledge of the iOS SDK
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and mobile automation
• Experience with multi-module projects (SPM) and testing at all levels (unit, UI, integration)
• Ability to write clean, reusable, library-grade code
• Will be a plus: Experience in finance or trading domain
• Will be a plus: Familiarity with TradingView as a product
