Requirements

Proficient in using UX research, and data analytics to guide design decisions
Strong skills in modern mobile app product design, with a focus on monetization-friendly UX/UI
Proven experience in web-based CRO, with a knack for increasing user engagement and boosting paid conversions
Turning free users to paying customers through working with value positioning and optimizing growth funnels.
