About this role
Role Overview
You play a key role in shaping projects with industry partners from acquisition through planning to execution (e.g., in production and process planning, prototyping, and strategy development in the field of e‑mobility).
Within research projects, you investigate compelling questions related to "battery production", particularly the development of innovative process technologies for current and next‑generation batteries.
You develop prototypes and new monitoring, manufacturing, and testing methods as part of research and industry projects.
You supervise students on their final theses and deliver teaching sessions.
Requirements
Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent) in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering).
Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in consulting, development, production, or e‑mobility.
A strong personal drive to develop new subjects and to make use of available scope for shaping your work.
You work in a structured and reliable manner, think creatively and pragmatically, and are curious and motivated to continuously learn.
High willingness to travel and flexibility.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
Benefits
Room for personal development and the opportunity to shape your own topics and ideas in the production of e‑mobility components;
An environment where ambitious colleagues work together toward a common goal: making the world more sustainable;
The opportunity to build and continually expand your own network — in one of the most important fields of our time.
