Develop training and awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization’s security posture
Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents
Conduct phishing simulations and track compliance
Create high-quality training content on phishing best practices
Track training completion to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
Analyze training outcomes and produce security data reports
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes
Develop policies and procedures to ensure security compliance
Organize training sessions and workshops focused on phishing awareness
Support company-wide security awareness programs
Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Passion for cybersecurity and relationship-building
Professional experience with cybersecurity awareness strategies and communications programs
Strong knowledge of security principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports
Proficiency with IT systems and MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent in German and English
