Network management & market presence: You maintain a broad, established network of property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers.
Site assessment & business development: You analyze potential locations, evaluate economic opportunities and develop viable operator and site concepts.
Negotiation & contract conclusion: You conduct discussions and negotiations with owners, developers and other partners confidently and with a clear focus on achieving agreements.
Strategic development: You monitor market trends, analyze site potential and derive recommendations to further develop our expansion strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development or the real estate sector
A strong network of property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers
Routine in off-market sourcing and the ability to identify opportunities before they are publicly listed
You demonstrate confidence, strong communication skills and negotiation ability — including at decision-maker and owner level
You work in a structured, independent way with a strong understanding of profitability and site potential
Willingness to travel, business-fluent German and very good English skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
