Network Technician

Role Overview

• Work with other Network Technicians and Technical Experts to protect the sewer network and assets
• Conduct inspections of Combined Sewer Overflow, Non-return Valve, Air Valve, Syphon and Oil Interceptor
• Assist with customer investigations and misconnection surveys
• Lead and promote a safe working environment whilst ensuring quality standards are met
• Identify and define necessary remedial/improvement works
• Proactively mitigate network failure risks
• Respond to non-urgent customer service issues and queries
• Work closely with contract field workers to deliver targets and objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of a standard driving license (C1 or Class 2 would be beneficial)
• Experience using recording and documenting technology (laptop and phone)
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
• Character, positivity, and a caring attitude
