Responsible for the efficient and compassionate operation of the program
Assure quality service to all residents through the coordination of program functions
Collaborate with partner service providers and staff
Work with participants on job search skills and activities
Manage job matching and placement activities with employers and participants
Provide retention services to participants at critical milestones of employment

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
Two years of successful experience in the delivery of human services
Ability to communicate and comprehend oral and written instructions
General knowledge of issues and challenges unique to foster youth population, homelessness, substance abuse, minorities, and people with disabilities
Valid California driver's license and ability to meet the organization’s insurance carrier guidelines
CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days of employment
