About this role
Role Overview
Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Wichita area
Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff
Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service
Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation
Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards
Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
Requirements
2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Must have a clean driving record
Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Wichita environment
Schedule based on customer demand; may include some nights and weekends
Ability to travel, including: One week of training in San Antonio, TX
