Support Email Marketing by creating assets for weekly promotions, retail, trigger emails, and trade program
Design promotional, brand, and seasonal assets for Organic/Paid Social, SMS, and Affiliate marketing channels
Assist in updating website content and visuals to support launches and ongoing merchandising needs
Ensure brand visual consistency across omni-channel campaigns
Work collaboratively with the Manager of Digital Design, Web Designer, Creative Director, and Centralized Marketing team to support and execute campaign creative
Be a passionate learner who can develop strong knowledge of the Ballard Designs brand, products, and programs
Be open to feedback and comfortable making updates quickly, with the ability to pivot as priorities shift in a fast-moving design environment
Exhibit strong typographic, color, and layout skills and an understanding of how these basic design principles are applied to the web
Requirements
1-2 years experience in digital design
Proficient in Figma
Proficient in Photoshop
Proficient in HTML/CSS
Proficient in Dreamweaver
Proficient in Illustrator
Knowledge of web design, HTML5 or JSon is a plus
Experience working on consumer facing transactional or e-commerce oriented sites is a plus
