Developing and maintaining relationships with brick and block distributors, contractors, masonry crews, construction companies, and supply yards throughout Northeast Ohio
Selling and promoting packaged cement, mortar mixes, concrete repair products, and related masonry materials
Visiting job sites to understand customer needs, recommend the right cement-based products, and provide technical guidance when needed
Managing a sales territory covering Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Columbus and surrounding areas
Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help grow the company's presence in the region
Meeting monthly sales goals, creating forecast, and maintaining accurate CRM records
Requirements
Experience in construction materials sales, preferably in masonry, concrete, or packaged cement products
Strong understanding of cement mixes, mortar types, and masonry applications (or willingness to learn quickly)
Ability to build trust and long term relationships with our distributors, contractors and field professionals
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multi-county Northeast Ohio territory
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
