About this role
Role Overview
Supports a wide range of project and operational initiatives across the credit card lifecycle
Works cross-functionally to deliver product launches, system enhancements, and migration efforts
Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area
Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services
Acts as a project liaison with other departments
Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings
Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically eight to 10 years of related experience
Considerable knowledge of the credit card life-cycle
Experience with platforms and tools including: ICS, AEM, ACAPS, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, MS Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to troubleshoot and independently problem-solve
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Demonstrated leadership skills
