Associate Participant Payments Analyst

Role Overview

• The Associate Participant Payments Analyst oversees site and patient set-up, initiates site communication, and conducts internal peer reviews.
• This role involves reviewing and inputting patient and site details in software, focusing on site budgets related to patient reimbursement.
• Provides patient support and serves as liaison between vendors and IQVIA.
• Ensures all site and patient records are established to support timely and accurate payments to patients.
• Works in coordination with designated leads to support contractual commitments.
• Maintains master site list for assigned clinical trials and processes payment requests.

Requirements

• 0
• 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Knowledge of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or health-related field preferred
• Prior customer service experience required
• Relevant work experience preferred
• Data entry experience preferred
• Experience with business financial applications preferred
• Prior experience in client service at a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical company or other organization supporting research activities in a financial or data management capacity preferred
• Prior data validation experience preferred
