The Associate Participant Payments Analyst oversees site and patient set-up, initiates site communication, and conducts internal peer reviews.
This role involves reviewing and inputting patient and site details in software, focusing on site budgets related to patient reimbursement.
Provides patient support and serves as liaison between vendors and IQVIA.
Ensures all site and patient records are established to support timely and accurate payments to patients.
Works in coordination with designated leads to support contractual commitments.
Maintains master site list for assigned clinical trials and processes payment requests.
Requirements

2 years of prior relevant experience
Knowledge of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or health-related field preferred
Prior customer service experience required
Relevant work experience preferred
Data entry experience preferred
Experience with business financial applications preferred
Prior experience in client service at a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical company or other organization supporting research activities in a financial or data management capacity preferred
