Lead sales efforts by conducting face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and other key purchase influencers in the sales territory
Responsible for the successful execution of Sales Action Plans
Conduct strategic sales calls to relevant hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and doctors’ offices
Provide support and service to clinical personnel related to products in a surgical environment
Report competitive activity within the territory to the Region Manager and maintain all records and reports
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience
Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Successful medical sales record, preferably with ENT products
Knowledge of ENT assigned product/therapy customer base
Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Must be able to drive approximately 75% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
