Coordinate and manage import and export logistics activities, ensuring timely customs clearance and full compliance with applicable regulations.
Plan, schedule, and execute local deliveries to oilfield sites using approved transport providers to meet operational delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all shipments, including delivery notes, work orders, transport logs, and supporting documentation.
Monitor transport performance, proactively address delays or issues, and ensure continuity of field operations.
Liaise effectively with vendors, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and site teams to align logistics activities with operational requirements.
Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and HSE requirements.
Track logistics performance against defined KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve delivery efficiency.
Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and field teams to align logistics planning with project schedules and material requirements.
Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists (CIPL) based on purchase orders and packaging details provided by the warehouse.
Ensure adherence to GBPMS roles and responsibilities, including shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and transport scheduling.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing logistics data and proposing process enhancements to improve overall efficiency.
Comply with HSE and company standards to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible logistics operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (Customer order management, inventory management, warehousing, purchasing, distribution)
