Role Overview
- Design and deliver high-impact e-learning and face-to-face training sessions to ensure dealership teams are experts in our products and tools
- Standardize and optimize rental processes to ensure a seamless, professional transition for dealers entering the Rent-a-Car space
- Drive profitable growth through external rentals and B2B segments, coordinating marketing actions to maximize Free2Move’s market presence
- Monitor KPIs and fleet utilization, implementing proactive action plans to ensure all quality and profitability targets are smashed
- Increase the number of participating dealerships and boost Stellantis vehicle registrations within the rental program
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Rent-a-Car industry (operations, counter management, or customer service)
- Experience within the automotive or dealership sector is highly valued
- A University Degree or equivalent higher education
- Native or high-level proficiency in Spanish and a high level of English (both written and spoken)
