- Participation in security and compliance audits
- Microsoft 365 migrations
- Exchange Online migration
- Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive migrations
- DNS management, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Use of tools: BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, native Microsoft tools
- User support and post-migration assistance
- Microsoft 365 & systems administration
- Administration: Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Defender for Office 365, Conditional Access & MFA
- Windows Server / AD / GPO administration
- VMware / Hyper-V
- Level 2/3 support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with Purview / DLP / sensitivity labels
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft security
- PowerShell experience is a plus
- MSP / multi-client experience is an advantage
- Certifications preferred: SC-400, SC-300, MS-102, AZ-104
