Role Overview
Re-activate and scale a portfolio of premier B2B accounts within the DACH region.
Execute professional re-engagement strategies to expand the footprint of existing high-value corporate accounts.
Utilize advanced sales methodologies to identify organizational friction points and map C-suite decision-makers.
Architect integrated, data-driven solutions that address complex recruitment and branding challenges for sophisticated clients.
Command the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from rigorous prospecting to complex negotiation and closing.
Function as a strategic advisor on digital trends, providing authoritative guidance to maximize client ROI.
Requirements
Native or near-native mastery of German (C1/C2) for executive-level negotiation.
Professional English (B2 minimum) for internal global synchronization.
A minimum of 2 years of documented success in B2B Sales, specifically within the Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising sectors.
Robust command of business development frameworks and lead qualification protocols (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT).
Proven ability to surpass KPIs in a decentralized environment while maintaining exceptional organizational rigor.
A University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
