You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices, presenting scalable and future-proof solutions
You review the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions and ensure that the highest standards are maintained
You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery
You stay up to date with Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients

Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud
Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements
Strong conceptual skills for translating client requirements into Salesforce features and workflows
Experience with best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem
Leadership skills in technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication
Preferred certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect
Excellent German and English language skills, combined with strong communication abilities
