Ensuring a consistent, high-quality level of design across all projects and channels
Hands-on contribution to the creative development and production of social media content (posts, stories, reels, ads) and videos for our clients
Team leadership & development
Technical and disciplinary management of the design team
Coaching and professional development of designers (junior to senior)
Resource and capacity planning
Project work and cross-functional collaboration
Close cooperation with Social Media, Strategy and Content teams
Translating client briefings into creative solutions
Presenting and defending design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients
Quality & continuous improvement
Establishing and advancing design processes and standards
Responsibility for process and quality control within the design team
Monitoring trends and innovations in design & communication

Several years of experience (min. 5–7 years) in graphic design within an agency environment
Experience leading teams or a clear ambition to take on leadership responsibility
Strong sensibility for brand design and corporate identity, including digital and audiovisual formats
Experience developing campaigns and corporate design systems
Proficient with common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and experienced with video editing and animation tools
Skilled in using and implementing AI tools in design processes (automation, content generation)
Strong conceptual skills, particularly for digital channels
Motivated to set new standards and further develop the agency's performance
Excellent communication and presentation skills and a structured way of working
Very good German and English language skills
