Produce short-form video content designed to engage audiences, communicate brand value, and drive meaningful action.
Animate in-app UI screens and product flows to showcase features and value propositions in clear, compelling ways.
Add captions, music, sound design, and platform-native elements to maximize engagement and viewer retention.
Develop multiple creative variations to support testing, iteration, and continuous creative improvement.
Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate briefs and insights into fresh motion concepts.
Adapt and optimize assets across multiple formats and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1) for platform-native execution.
Stay current with motion design trends, emerging formats, and the broader digital creative landscape to keep our output fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight deadlines.

3–5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Video Production, or a related creative discipline.
A strong portfolio showcasing short-form motion work with clear creative vision and audience awareness.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with Cinema 4D and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools, including video and image generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney) as well as AI-enhanced editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI).
Experience in digital or brand marketing environments (preferred).
Experience in app or product storytelling (preferred).
A strong instinct for what makes motion content land
pacing, hooks, narrative, sound, and platform context.
Comfortable designing across multiple aspect ratios and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1).
Ability to iterate quickly based on creative feedback and evolving briefs.
Strong attention to detail while working at speed in a high-volume, collaborative creative environment.
