Lead, scale, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives
Elevate team capability through structured coaching and enablement
Own pipeline health and forecasting rigor

Travel as needed to support team performance
Requirements
10+ years leading enterprise SaaS sales teams
Strong domain expertise in endpoint, IT operations, or adjacent technologies preferred
Proven ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing teams
Executive presence with ability to influence across all levels
Deep sales acumen, including negotiation and deal strategy
Data-driven operator with strong command of Salesforce
Highly organized and effective in fast-paced environments
Adaptable leader who thrives in change
Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree preferred
