Support the management of administrative processes for the Health and Wellness area, focusing on organization, efficiency, and data quality;
Monitor indicators related to absences, leaves, and health programs, assisting with data consolidation and analysis;
Act as an interface with suppliers (clinics, consultancies, insurers), including control, validation, and follow-up of billing, measurements, and service deliveries;
Support the area’s payment management, ensuring compliance with contracts and agreed scopes;
Contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing optimizations and using digital tools;
Use corporate systems (such as RM or similar) to manage information and support decision-making;
Assist leadership in organizing materials, reports, and executive presentations.
Requirements
Higher education completed or in progress (Administration, Engineering, Economics, HR, or related fields);
Previous experience in administrative routines within a corporate environment;
