Virtual Assistant – Media Buyer

Role Overview

• Manage and maintain Meta ad accounts for multiple clients
• Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
• Analyze ad performance and make campaign adjustments when needed
• Maintain account organization and ongoing media buying activities
• Communicate campaign updates and performance clearly with clients
• Run Google LSA ads following provided training and processes

Requirements

• Previous experience running Meta Ads and media buying campaigns
• Experience managing media accounts independently
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads campaign management and optimization
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage tasks independently
• Experience with Google LSA Ads is a plus
• Agency or freelance media buying background
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
