Manage the personnel budget cycle, including planning, budget reviews and forecasts (forecast);
Act as a strategic partner to business areas, promoting integration between HR, Finance and other departments;
Develop predictive models and financial simulations to support decision-making;
Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling for different people-management strategies;
Lead innovation initiatives in personnel cost planning and control;
Support leadership with data and insights for strategic workforce decisions;
Ensure governance and accuracy of HR budget information.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, People Management or related areas (preferred);
Solid experience in budget planning, preferably with a focus on HR;
Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.);
Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels;
Knowledge of management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
