Support monitoring, reconciliation, design and management of incentive programs (short-, medium
and long-term), linking performance to compensation;
Support salary cycles, including merit programs, promotions and reviews of job and salary structures;
Participate in strategic compensation projects with an analytical approach and the ability to propose evidence-based solutions;
Support and conduct benchmarking studies, market analysis and salary band reviews;
Serve stakeholders on compensation matters, monitoring SLAs;
Analyze and implement recognition and total rewards strategies, connecting data, culture and business results, and supporting team members with requests;
Prepare and maintain executive-level materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Experience in compensation/total rewards;
Practical knowledge of short-term incentive programs;
Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI;
Knowledge of methodologies such as Mercer, Towers Watson, Korn Ferry or similar is desirable;
Strategic and analytical profile, with autonomy and strong communication skills with leadership;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with business acumen, curiosity and critical thinking;
Hybrid work arrangement with availability to be onsite twice a week at the head office (Butantã, São Paulo).
