Proactively surface at-risk workstreams and escalate before they become problems.
Own the Asana-based project management system and ensure adoption across stakeholders.
Serve as the connector between Legal, HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRT, Payroll), and regional HR teams.
Ensure that compliance actions identified through legal analysis, regulatory changes, or gap assessments are properly assigned and integrated into each COE's operating rhythm — not parked in a tracking spreadsheet.
Support and lead compliance council meetings, maintain reporting mechanisms, and prepare dashboards and executive-ready materials for Compliance Council leadership and executive sponsors.
Provide clear, honest reads on program health — not just status updates, but insight into where we're ahead, where we're behind, and what it means.
Triage compliance-related updates from multiple sources — legislative changes, audit findings, legal advisories, internal assessments — and route them to the appropriate COE.
Engage legal counsel to define requirements and assess risk.
Help develop solutions to close gaps and continuously refine the overall program.
Develop and deliver compliance-related training, communications, and documentation.
Ensure HR teams and people leaders understand their compliance obligations and that the right materials exist to support consistent execution.
