About this role
Role Overview
Launch new projects, manage / maintain customer project data and oversee technical client training / adoption of best practices
Work to resolve all product and project-related customer questions and requests efficiently and effectively
Handle client interactions with calm professionalism, quick execution and a sense of urgency to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service
Drive increased engagement for new and existing clients
Help specify, outline and advocate for UI/UX improvements based on customer feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
Exposure to Customer Success or Account Management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
Familiarity with enterprise software applications
Excellent organizational, project management, consultative and time management skills
Passion for working on a small, dedicated, agile and determined team
Strong written and oral presentation skills, as well as active listening skills
Solid sense of empathy for clients, as well as a passion for revenue growth
Exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, balancing quality and speed
