Promotes the benefits of insulin pump therapy and sells OmniPod Insulin Management System to providers and patients
Works in conjunction with Territory Manager and Inside Sales to achieve sales goals
Supports and develops Key Accounts clinical expertise and records calls in Salesforce
Delivers virtual training sessions through platforms such as Webex, Teams, and Zoom
Assigns patient trainings to CPTs or conducts patient training based on business needs of territory
Assists with providing regular product demos to patients and HCPs
Oversees CPTs by seeing them face-to-face
Assists with product training for Sales and Clinical hires
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
1 year experience training and/or managing pump patients
Professional up to date credentials and/or certifications are mandatory: i.e. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDEs), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN)
