About this role
Role Overview
- Act as a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC);
- Resolve complex incidents, defects, and change requests;
- Configure and implement enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors EC;
- Support integrations, especially with SAP CPI;
- Perform analyses of performance and data consistency;
- Support quarterly releases of SAP SuccessFactors;
- Configure Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows;
- Support integration with Payroll;
- Work with MDF (Metadata Framework);
- Work with Position Management, Time Off, and Time Sheet;
- Lead technical meetings and client interactions;
- Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the team and the client;
- Ensure deliverables align with business processes and ITIL best practices;
- Other related routine activities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC);
- Knowledge of Core HR processes;
- Experience with EC Data Model Design;
- Experience with Foundation Objects;
- Knowledge of Business Rules and Workflows;
- Experience with SAP CPI and integration troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework);
- Experience with EC-Payroll integration;
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, and Change Management);
- Experience managing critical incidents and complex changes;
- Experience with Position Management, Time Off, and Time Sheet;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in documentation and communication;
- Technical and functional leadership capabilities;
- SAP Certification required;
- Bachelor’s degree required.
