- Adapt content for various digital formats and audiences
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Sports Anchor/Reporter in a top 10 market preferred
- Proven track record of dynamic storytelling and interviewing abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting within fast-paced environments
- Must be proficient in shooting, writing, editing, and creating basic graphics
- Strong photography and editing capabilities
- Experience with multi-platform content production
- Expert knowledge of professional, college, and high school sports
- Deep understanding of sports journalism best practices
- Applied knowledge and strategic use of social media platforms
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines consistently
- Willingness and availability to work independently on varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic news environment
