Act as a subject matter expert and product account owner for allocated area

University degree level education
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within an innovative pharmaceutical company, ideally in a Key Account Management role

Strong commercial track record, combining sales excellence, business acumen and strategic mindset to consistently deliver growth
Demonstrated enterprise mindset
Unquestioned ethical standards, integrity and informal leadership capability
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate effectively in uncertain and evolving environments
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook)
Category B driving license
Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional Slovak language (written and spoken) is considered an advantage
