Patient Engagement Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for operational execution of patient engagement and advocacy activities across CEE countries
• Focus on direct interaction with patient advocacy groups (PAGs)
• Support the implementation of community engagement initiatives, projects and activities
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, legal and regulatory requirements
• Act as a patient engagement contact for assigned countries
• Coordinate activities with cluster/country teams
• Support collection and documentation of patient insights from interactions with PAGs

Requirements

• University degree
• Experience in patient engagement, community engagement, advocacy or related roles within pharma, healthcare or non‑governmental organizations (NGOs)
• Experience working with patient organizations is highly desirable
• Understanding of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with patient organizations
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in cross‑functional and multicultural environments
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to external engagement
