Lead the national strategy and execution of the Immunology Rheumatology FRM team.
Provide direct leadership to 3 or more Associate Directors and indirect leadership to up to 50 Field Reimbursement Managers.
Set vision and execution priorities for the Rheumatology FRM team.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and AbbVie policies.
Develop and execute a national strategy for patient services, access resources, and programs.
Monitor team performance and close gaps in metrics by shifting focus to impact metrics.
Drive a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, compliance, and customer-centricity.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
8–12+ years of progressive experience in field leadership, access and reimbursement market access, and healthcare strategy.
Minimum 5 years leading field-based teams, with demonstrated experience managing managers (not just individual contributors).
Proven track record of building or scaling an infield team — hiring, structuring, and developing teams through periods of rapid growth.
Proven ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement, specialty drug acquisition, and distribution.
Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership impact and ability to work effectively across functions.
Valid driver’s license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
