Role Overview
- Lead and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers
- Educate healthcare providers on AbbVie’s Immunology Patient Support Programs
- Monitor healthcare policy changes and communicate insights to the FRM team
- Drive professional development for direct reports
Requirements
- 3+ experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access for immunology products
- 2 years in a leadership role (3+ years preferred)
- Highly skilled and experienced in coaching
- Expertise in territory and strategic account management
- Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 75%
