Supporting the setup and development of a ZEISS internal startup approach
Contributing ideas on how to define guardrails for “Startup @ ZEISS”
Supporting the design of an AI first Operating Model
Bringing in fresh perspectives, challenging existing approaches, and actively shaping new structures

Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
Studies should include a focus/specialization in Entrepreneurship, AI, Innovation, Startups, Digital Transformation, Business/Tech, or a related field
Strong interest in startups, innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and digital transformation
A structured but creative mindset – you like to think big and make things concrete
Proactive, hands-on attitude and confidence in sharing ideas
Very good communication skills in English
